FINISHING SERVICES
| Dust Free containment system trailer. |
| Old hardwood floor prior to sanding. |
| Gary is sanding the floor with the dust containment system. Several passes using coarse to finer sand paper must be made to achieve a smooth surface. |
| Adam is edging the floor with the dust containment system. These are the areas that the large sander can not reach. |
| Gary is using the buffer with a very fine grit sand paper to make the floor smooth enough for finish. The buffer will also be used between applications of polyurethane. |
| Although the dust containment system leaves no airborne dust particles, it is still necessary to vacuum any residue that the machines might leave on the surface. |
| This is the completely sanded floor ready now for several coats of polyurethane. |
| Gary is applying finish around the perimeter of the room using a paint brush. |
| Finish is then applied to the rest of the area using a mop with a lambswool applicator specifically made for applying oil based polyurethane finishes. (Waterborne finishes require a special applicator also). |
| A completely re-finished floor adds beauty and value to your home or business. |
